How to Book Your Mascot Hire

Step 2: Booking Confirmation
Once we receive your enquiry, we will send you a booking confirmation via text, email, or social media message within 24 hours.
Step 3: Secure Your Date
- Deposit: A £10 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking date. This amount will be deducted from your final total.
- Final Payment: Any outstanding balance is paid on the day of hire. We accept cash, bank transfers, or card payments via our contactless Chip & Pin reader on your doorstep.
Step 4: Delivery, Collection & Deposits
We offer flexible options depending on your location, including UK-wide nationwide delivery outside our local zone.

Disclaimer & Terms of Hire
1. Booking & Deposits
- Non-Refundable Deposit: A £10 deposit is required to secure your booking date. This deposit is strictly non-refundable and will be deducted from the final balance due on the day of hire.
- Confirmation: Bookings are only considered confirmed once you have received an official confirmation message (via text, email, or social media) from our team.
2. Identifications & Hire Agreement
For all contact collections, the hirer must provide:
- A valid form of Photo ID (e.g., Driving Licence or Passport).
- A recent Proof of Address (e.g., Utility bill or Bank statement dated within the last 3 months).
- A signed Hire Agreement, which must be completed by the hirer prior to or upon custody of the equipment.
3. Damage Deposits
A security deposit is required for every mascot hire to cover potential damage, loss, or late returns.
- Local Hire (Collection/Local Delivery): * £25 refundable deposit per standard mascot.
- £50 refundable deposit per premium mascot.
- Collected on the day of hire and refunded upon safe return/collection.
- Nationwide Hire (Outside Local Area): * £50 to £100 refundable deposit per mascot.
- Must be paid in full before the items are dispatched. Refunded upon safe return of the mascot undamaged and within the agreed hire period.
4. Equipment Condition & Liability
- The hirer assumes full responsibility for the mascot costume(s) from the time of delivery/collection until they are safely returned to Kent Mascot Party Hire.
- Mascots must be returned in the same condition they were received—clean, dry, and undamaged.
- Kent Mascot Party Hire reserves the right to retain all or part of the damage deposit if items are returned torn, stained, incomplete, or after the designated hire period. If damage costs exceed the deposit amount, the hirer will be invoiced for the remaining balance to cover professional cleaning or replacement costs.
